1 lb. Carrots, sliced 2 stalks celery, diced 1 small onion, diced
Boil in saucepan until tender.
Put in casserole dish with 1 stick margarine and 8 oz. Velveeta processed cheese.
Melt in microwave and pour over carrots. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
