Karen Dickson

Karen Dickson is a Senior Resource Manager with a strong background in technical recruiting. She has worked in almost every industry, and enjoys IT, Healthcare, Bio-med, and Engineering the most! Karen went to school for nursing and spent many years volunteering as an EMT and working in the ER. She loves a challenge and really enjoys connecting great people with the careers they want. She and her twin sister, Sharon, are happy to be working together at Smart Solutions! Karen enjoys her leisure time in Door County (she calls it her “little California”) with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her favorite quote is, “The purpose in life is to live a life of purpose.” That is what she strives to do every day. She has one item on her, “bucket list” -- To ride an Appaloosa horse in the Rose Bowl Parade!
